We are excited to announce that we have sold out of all new homes at Merimont in San Bruno, Redwood Gate in Palo Alto and Satake Estates in Mountain View!
This also means that we now have only one community open and selling – The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View. Â And, The Enclave has experienced record success with 13 sales in just 6 weeks. Â There is only one home in the current release available for sale. Â The next release will be coming soon!

Community Update – Almost Sold Out

The Enclave at Waverly Park is now open! Â We’ve just opened our newest community and it is receiving rave reviews from prospective home buyers. Â The models will open later this spring. Â Our Warranty rep, Richard, took the lovely photo above.
Merimont is almost sold out! Â There are JUST TWO homes remaining and one of those homes is already on hold! Â If you want a new home in San Bruno, you’ll want to hurry to Merimont!
Redwood Gate in Palo Alto is now selling the final release of prime park locations. Â Each of these homes looks out to the lovely community park with great open space. (more…)

That’s right, there are only TWO homes left at Satake Estates in Mountain View. Â Seems like just yesterday Mountain View Voice bid adieu to the Satake Nursery and we shared that the Satake Estates models were grand opening – now both spectacular models are the FINAL homes available for sale at this charming community.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we thought it would be great to share some ideas from recent magazines. Â Whether you are looking for a twist to your holiday meal decorating or some delicious recipes, look no further.

Record Sales Success Plus Final Closing

Our Village Square community in San Jose has experienced record sales success since announcing special year-end builder close out pricing at the end of October. Â 9 homes sold in just over two weeks – making it SOLD OUT!
We are thrilled to welcome the 9 new homeowners into the SummerHill family. Â They join 86 homeowners at Village Square that have already purchased and moved into their new homes!

Photos & Fun from the 1st Annual Satake Halloween Party

The 1st annual Satake Estates Halloween Party was great fun and a huge success.  The new residents had a potluck block party and the food was really scary, with eyeballs in the cheese platter and wriggly worms in the chocolate cake.
The frightening green spiderweb only got the party started, click here to view more photos from the party.
Some highlights of the evening were the Isaacson Family who were very convincing in their Stars Wars theme.  At one point though, Darth Vader was outnumbered and had to surrender.

California Tax Credit Update

California has already received an estimated 15,010 applications and reservations for the  2010 California New Home Tax Credit!  With 70% of the estimated total requested credit already reaching over $97 million, the credit will soon be history.
The good news is that they’ve only issued certificates and reservations for  just over $3.5 million, so there could still be time for you.   Merimont, Redwood Gate, Satake Estates, and Village Square all have move-in ready homes that would be eligible for tax credit. (more…)
