Lots of activity at SummerHill Homes! 16 home buyers are looking forward to moving into their new homes at The Enclave at Waverly Park.
That’s right, 16 homes sold in just 3 months. Â And, the first homeowners will move into their homes in September, which is right around the corner!

Coming Soon to San Ramon

Unveiling a community…

The preliminary construction work continues at SummerHill’s newest community – Creekside at Saratoga and we will start pouring the first foundations later this month. Â We will have photos of the progress on our Facebook page soon, but first check out the artistic renderings of the eight buildings at the community.

Grand Opening Success!

The models at The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View opened last Saturday to rave reviews!
Over 1,000 people joined us to celebrate the opening of our latest community of distinction(tm).
Guests were excited by the uniqueness of new single-family homes in this location on this size lot.

Things are buzzing along at The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View. We hosted a team event yesterday to celebrate the completion of the models.

The models open at The Enclave at Waverly Park, of course!
This week the installers arrived to move furniture and accessories into the new model homes at The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View. Â We can’t wait for the Model Grand Opening on Saturday, April 16th at 10am!

Oh iPad

All of this talk about the iPad2 selling out by Sunday morning makes us wish we waited just a little longer to get our first company iPad.
We are set to use our first iPad (an iPad1) in a sales office at The Enclave at Waverly Park in a few weeks. Â Guests will be able to sign-up to receive an ebrochure. Â Plus we’ve loaded it with photos. Â Oh, and our website is formatted for iPad viewing too! Â (check it out from your iPad)
We’d love to be able to use even more features on the iPad – like viewing our smartPLANs, but it would need to have Flash, hint, hint Apple. Â If you haven’t played with the floorplans at our communities on our website, it’s a must.

Facebook is a source of many, many things. Â And, it is the source of finding things!
A few discoveries on Facebook recently:
A friend of mine posted a photo of her new home. Â She purchased a home through the resale market. Â She posted a few before and after photos of her home as they painted it. Â One of her friends posted back asking if her home was at a certain address. Â My friend responded back that it was – low and behold they discovered that she had purchased her friend’s childhood home. Â Talk about finding something out on Facebook!
We’re planning my grandmother’s 90th birthday and being that all of the grandkids are on Facebook, we took to Facebook to plan her birthday present. Â We used the inbox feature to keep it a bit private, but within days, we had it all figured out. Â Oh, and grandma is on Facebook too!
And, that’s not all that can be found on Facebook. Â Have you checked SummerHill out on Facebook lately? Â Check out some of the great responses from our homeowners and fans to find out just what is important to them!
