Things are buzzing along at The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View. We hosted a team event yesterday to celebrate the completion of the models.
Check out the few photos from the event.
Richard took the gorgeous photos of the bees and several others. Â Marc was kind enough to take many photos of the team.
Models open this Saturday at 10am! (event details in case you missed the Paperless Post invite – this link is preview only, unfortunately you can’t RSVP here)

We mentioned that Robert Freed, SummerHill’s President and CEO, would be speaking at ULI South Bay Housing Forum. Â Now, we’re even more excited to share video from the event! Â Did you attend? Â What do you think is next for homebuilding in the Bay Area?

Tomorrow we’re hosting a broker event at our Merimont community in San Bruno. We wanted to share some tasty treats with our broker partners.  It would be easy to pick up pastries at Starbucks, where we will be getting the coffee, but that just didn’t seem as fun as supporting the local bakery.  I hopped on Yelp and discovered Pastisserie Ganache in San Bruno.

Happy Chinese New Year that is! The 2010 Chinese New Year began on February 14th with the new moon and involves a host of festivities lasting approximately 2 weeks. Welcome the Year of the Tiger (see a traditional chinese papercut version of the tiger below). The Tiger is a sign of bravery and brings protection, courage and power. Sounds to me like a much needed sign for this recovering economy. If you are looking for ways to welcome this encouraging sign, you don’t have to look far! Here are some local ways to celebrate this Chinese New Year!
