Community Update

Lots of activity at SummerHill Homes! 16 home buyers are looking forward to moving into their new homes at The Enclave at Waverly Park.

That’s right, 16 homes sold in just 3 months.   And, the first homeowners will move into their homes in September, which is right around the corner!

And then there was ONE!

We are excited to announce that we have sold out of all new homes at Merimont in San Bruno, Redwood Gate in Palo Alto and Satake Estates in Mountain View!

This also means that we now have only one community open and selling – The Enclave at Waverly Park in Mountain View.  And, The Enclave has experienced record success with 13 sales in just 6 weeks.  There is only one home in the current release available for sale.  The next release will be coming soon!
