Rosewood Sold Out!

We’ve sold out of another community – Rosewood in Fremont.
The sales in the past few months were record breaking with new homeowners looking to get in before the opportunity passed. We sold the final Gables home last month.
Our Satake Estates community is also selling out quickly with the final few homes available now.

A Turning Market

When a market is undergoing change, there is a time where the changes starts happening before we fully recognize that they are happening. The past 6 months have been full of change. We are the first to say we are astonished by the activity levels that we’ve seen and continue to see with our “Mrs. Hill” live chat service seeing significant increase in activity since the start of the year as well as seeing more and more prospective homebuyers at each of our new home communities. Baby, it’s Cold Outside, but it’s still Hot at Park Station

The weather has certainly been hard to miss this week and with the lows reaching the low 30s (yes that’s Fahrenheit, not Celsius). We’re shocked at this cold spell and the snow that we’ve seen in the surrounding local mountains. It has looked a bit like driving to Tahoe on the drive to our San Ramon office this week. Today the snow had melted a bit on Mt. Diablo, but it was still there.
Our new homeowners are probably feeling a little more grateful for the energy efficiencies in their homes this week. With homes built to high standards for energy efficiency, the new SummerHill homes promise lower bills from PG&E. (more…)

There’s a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving

As we get ready to enjoy Thanksgiving with our families, we realize that we have a lot for which we can be thankful. This year has been fraught with challenges for many and we haven’t been immune to those challenges. We are a smaller company this year that we were last year.
We’re fortunate to have a family like atmosphere that enabled our team to rise to the new challenges by taking on new responsibilities to exceed our goals. We’re even more fortunate to have an executive team that has helped us navigate these times through carefully navigating the business needs to mentoring the team to successfully achieve new goals.
There has been a lot of excitement for our company on a personal front as well – several new engagements, a few new babies plus a few on the way, several new homeowners, and much more.
We’re also grateful for the new homeowners we’ve welcomed this year at Echelon, Lane Woods, Merimont, Park Station, Parkwood, Redwood Gate, Rosewood, and Village Square. (more…)

Community Countdown
