We’ve sold out of another community – Rosewood in Fremont.

The sales in the past few months were record breaking with new homeowners looking to get in before the opportunity passed.  We sold the final Gables home last month.

Our Satake Estates community is also selling out quickly with the final few homes available now.

We’ve already sold over 24 homes at Satake Estates.

And sales at Village Square have been steady with special summer savings in effect on the final buildings.

The schools are popular at Redwood Gate and homes available now will still qualify for children to attend Palo Alto schools.
