Baby, it’s Cold Outside, but it’s still Hot at Park Station

The weather has certainly been hard to miss this week and with the lows reaching the low 30s (yes that’s Fahrenheit, not Celsius).  We’re shocked at this cold spell and the snow that we’ve seen in the surrounding local mountains.  It has looked a bit like driving to Tahoe on the drive to our San Ramon office this week.  Today the snow had melted a bit on Mt. Diablo, but it was still there.

Our new homeowners are probably feeling a little more grateful for the energy efficiencies in their homes this week.  With homes built to high standards for energy efficiency, the new SummerHill homes promise lower bills from PG&E. (more…)

Below is a real letter from a real homeowner at Village Square- We have the best homeowners EVER!

Dear Diana,

I wanted to thank you again for helping me with the purchase of my first home here at Village Square. As you know I am in the “Residence 4″ plan, the 3 BR/3 BA house. The house is so perfectly suited for my lifestyle and I am enjoying every minute of living here.

I am using the lower level bedroom as a TV-room and have a daybed with a trundle in there. It’s perfect for an occasional overnight guest especially given the fact that there is a full bathroom right next to the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs has been taken over by my nephew who goes to school in Berkeley and is here every weekend; he loves having his own private space in the house, especially his own attached bathroom.
