Lots of activity at SummerHill Homes! 16 home buyers are looking forward to moving into their new homes at The Enclave at Waverly Park.
That’s right, 16 homes sold in just 3 months. Â And, the first homeowners will move into their homes in September, which is right around the corner!

Although I certainly take for granted power to our house for lights, fresh drinking water, and the beautiful community pool literally just a few steps out our doorstep, I think the thing that I take for granted most is how accessible this area is to all sorts of fun activities.

Thatâ€™s right, we are excited to announce that we are working on a new single-family home community in the western hills of San Ramon with spectacular views – Renaissance at Roubion!

The preliminary construction work continues at SummerHill’s newest community – Creekside at Saratoga and we will start pouring the first foundations later this month. Â We will have photos of the progress on our Facebook page soon, but first check out the artistic renderings of the eight buildings at the community.

A recent trip to Mexico highlighted to me the cultural differences in homes. Â The homes that we visited often had the kitchen tucked away in a corner of the home meant not to be a focal point of the home rather a place to cook delicious meals. Â Often there was a door to the kitchen to be able to separate the kitchen when entertaining people. (more…)
