It’s New Home Feed
As a marketer with limited time, I want to be able to click of a button push all of our listings out to Trulia, Zillow, Google Base, and more.
New Home Feed launched about a month ago and I’ve been testing it in Beta. Â It sure is making it easier for me to update listings to all these sites, so that we’re sure that interested homebuyers are getting up to date information.Gone are the days when you had to visit the builder’s website as the only place to find pricing. Â Especially since where we build new homes, most of our buyers are also looking at resale. Â We want our homes listed where buyers are looking and we want to be able to post more photos and videos as we have them available.
New Home Feed is making this easy and the look and feel of their site makes me want to stay on it longer than I need to.
Today I discovered that when I click on the price in the main listing window, it makes the price an editable field, no need to even go into the listing to update. Â Click of a button, yup, it’s that easy. Â Oh and they’re even building in reporting!
So check it out if you’re a marketer of homes and if you’re a buyer, you’re sure to love having more info in our listings on sites like Trulia, Zillow, and more.
